Questions

Is it safe to have my screening in Vietnam?

The hospital's physician explains your results and recommends next steps. You leave with your full report in English to share with your own doctor at home. We don't diagnose or treat, but if you choose a follow-up appointment, we arrange it for you.

Will everything be in English?

Yes. Your Journey Host speaks English and is with you from arrival to departure. Doctor consultations and reports at our partner hospitals are in English [confirm with each hospital].

When will I receive my results?

Most standard results are ready within a day and explained before you leave Vietnam. A few specialized tests take longer; those are sent to you securely after you return home, usually within [X] days.

How is my medical information kept private?

Your results go from the hospital to you. We handle only the information needed to coordinate your appointments, and we never share it without your permission. See our privacy policy for details.

What about travel insurance?

We ask every guest to carry comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical care abroad, and we can suggest providers. If you'd like to know whether any part of your screening is reimbursable, check with your health insurer before you travel.
